I have not really thought much about how much we need to think about our family’s health care until I attended Sun life Financial’s #Fit2LiveFree campaign last Monday, June 8, as part of their Financial Independence month celebration. We have, what I think is a reliable HMO, which we’ve counted on in our children’s hospitalizations the past four years. Money Matters: Plan your retirement!

I look forward to our retirement. I’m not in a rush, of course, but I look forward to it because it’ll be just me and my husband once again. Should we give our kids allowance?

Money’s quite an issue these days. I know it’s been an issue forever, but recently, it’s been hot topic in all the talk shows I’ve been watching like “Anderson” which I thought started out really great. (Those gossipy type issues seem kinda cheap, though) Anyway, there’ve been finance experts on TV giving sound financial advice on how to handle money and all that.
